My mechanic has a link to his favor roads in NC. If you are not familiar with the state, here are some good suggestions for rides.

Z Man,  great list of roads.  I have been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to ride a few of them.  I will get my maps out and use the list for my next trip to the area.     Thanks

I have been on the well known roads so much down there that I'm looking forward to trying some of these next trip down there.

You know when we go down there I spend half on motel rooms than what we do in just about any other part of the country. It really is a trip we can most always afford. It is a beautiful area to boot.
